We Acquire Profitable Software Businesses Backed by $50M in Capital

We built 14 Shopify and Amazon software businesses ourselves. Now we’re acquiring — fully self-funded.

Shopify and Amazon recurring software businesses.

What we need

Focused on Shopify and Amazon ecosystems with strong recurring revenue.

Shopify ecosystem

Shopify software apps

We acquire SaaS tools listed on the Shopify App Store, including softwares focused on conversion, retention, logistics, analytics, and merchant operations.

What We Look For

Recurring subscription revenue

Clear positioning and growth potential

Built for merchants, not one-off tools

Amazon ecosystem

Amazon seller tools

We acquire software built for Amazon sellers — including PPC tools, listing optimization, inventory management, repricing, and analytics platforms.

What We Look For

Revenue driven by active sellers

Clear retention and usage patterns

Operational or revenue-critical tools

We only acquire software businesses with recurring subscription revenue.

We do not acquire stores, inventory businesses, or content sites.

Our criteria

What a good fit looks like

We don't have a rigid checklist. But these are the signals we look for when evaluating an software business.

Submit your business
Submit your business
MRR / ARR
Subscription-based revenue model
We look for recurring revenue with clear MRR or ARR. One-time sales or services-led businesses are not the right fit for us.
$15K+ MRR
$15K–$700K MRR
We look at software businesses from early traction to established scale. Size matters less than clear demand, real usage, and consistent growth.
Conversion rate
Strong paid conversion from free
For free plans, we focus on how many active users convert to paid. Strong conversion tells us the product is creating real value.
Margins matter
Positive or near-positive EBITDA
We’re comfortable with growth investment. Share the unit economics — if the fundamentals are strong, we can work through the numbers.
1+ year
At least 12 months operating history
We typically work with software businesses that have enough operating history to evaluate usage patterns, retention, and market demand, so companies that are still pre-revenue or too early to show traction are not the right fit for us right now.
